Returns & Refunds

Polished Beauty does not offer returns on a ‘change of mind’ basis. However, if you do receive damaged or incorrect goods, please contact: online@polishedbeauty.com.au within 24 hours to arrange a replacement or refund.

Of course this does not alter your rights under Australian Consumer Law to a refund if the product is defective or not as advertised. If there is a problem please contact us at online@polishedbeauty.com.au.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation from us containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Goods will be sent to your nominated delivery address via Priority Post with Australia Post within 3-5 working days; however, delivery might take a little longer if you’re in regional areas or if an item is on backorder. We will keep you informed of any delays. All Priority Post items will have a $10 surcharge added to the order.
